Preparing get on the "ship" in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico in the spring of '97. The ship may look large compared to me, but it was incredibly small considering this is a replica of the one Christopher Columbus captained across the Atlantic Ocean over 500 years ago!

It's not a great picture (I didn't have my digital camera then), but it was a fun cruise!

When I post a new one, no doubt I will again have my hands in pockets, my shades on and some kind of head adornment :-)
